Identified - [Update] Bank Degradation: Bendigo Bank
Please be advised that we are continuing to experience intermittently lowered success rates when connecting to Bendigo bank.
We have confirmed with the bank that this is due to rate-limiting of requests to their servers. We are currently in discussions regarding the best way forwards to resolve the issue, now that we have confirmed the root cause.
At this stage we do not have an ETA on a resolution, but we are continuing to treat this as a priority.
We will provide further updates at 11am AEST on Wednesday 22/05/24.

Our investigations have indicated that the bank's security systems is intermittently blocking our requests. We have identified many instances where the bank is not providing a response to our queries, or is unexpectedly ending our session. We have reached out to Bendigo directly and are reviewing possible paths to resolution.
